1. Scope of Services
KrelixTech provides software engineering, cross-platform mobile development, web architecture, and developer staffing services subject to an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). By utilizing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (100% Work-for-Hire)
Upon receipt of milestone payments as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, all custom code, documentation, and proprietary assets created exclusively for the client become the sole property of the client under full Work-for-Hire principles.
3. 14-Day Developer Trial & Guarantee
Under our Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Team models, clients benefit from a 14-day evaluation period. If an engineer fails to meet the verified technical standards, the client may request an immediate replacement or cancellation with zero penalty fees.
4. Warranties & Code Quality
Every fixed-scope milestone delivery includes our 30-day Post-Launch Warranty covering bug fixes, performance regressions, and OS compatibility updates without additional billing.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
